Not Picking Up through the Hose

PLEASE NOTE: If your are in anyway unsure of any of the steps listed below. Please consult a qualified electrician and always remove the plug from the socket before commencing work.

1. Start by removing the power cable from the rear of the Dyson and then detach the wand handle from the main body. Next, at the bottom of the hose, push in the brightly coloured button on the bottom hose cuff to release the hose.

2. Next, separate the hose from the wand assembly by pressing the uppermost button. Examine the full length of the hose and wand assembly for blockages and clear as necessary.

3. Finally remove the ubend and check for blockages.
