We provide free shipping and handling on all UK orders!

DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Under normal circumstances your order should reach you within 3-4 working days.

PRIVACY POLICY
SpareSaver.com do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We can only dispatch orders when we are in receipt of cleared funds. Payment may be made by either Credit Card, Cheque or Postal Orders. 17.5% VAT is included in all orders. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

RETURNS POLICY
Any product you are not entirely satisfied with. May be returned to us along with its original packaging for a full refund, wiithin 14 days of purchase. All returns must be posted in such a manner that you can provide proof of delivery to us if required to do so. Any item that is correctly supplied and subsequently returned will be subject to a 15% restocking charge, minimum £3.50.

There is a 12 month warranty on all spares and accessories, against manufacturers defects (filters, bags and belts excepted).
