We provide free shipping and handling on all UK orders!

DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Under normal circumstances your order should reach you within 3-4 working days.

PRIVACY POLICY
SpareSaver.com does not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We can only dispatch orders when we are in receipt of cleared funds. Payment may be made by either Credit Card, Cheque or Postal Orders. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

RETURNS POLICY
Any product you are not entirely satisfied with may be returned to us along with its original packaging for a full refund, within 7 days of purchase. To do this please log in to your profile and navigate to your order history. Once you have located the item you wish to return please request a return authorisation code from this page. We do not accept any returns that do not come back to us with a returns authorisation code. All returns must be posted in such a manner that you can provide proof of delivery to us if required to do so. Items over £30 must be returned by Recorded Delivery. Any item that is correctly supplied and subsequently returned will be subject to a 15% restocking/delivery charge, minimum £3.50. In the unlikely event that the incorrect product is sent to you or the product is damaged upon arrival. You must inform us within 48 hours and return the product to us by first class Royal Mail within 14 days. You must also retain proof of postage. After confirming that either the incorrect product has been sent or that the product is damaged we will refund the cost of the first class Royal Mail postage and send a new product to you.

WARRANTY

There is a 12 month warranty on all spares and accessories, against manufacturers defects (filters, bags and belts excepted). The faulty item(s) must be returned at the customers expense.
