Changing the Wheel

PLEASE NOTE: Always remove the plug from the socket before commencing work.

1. Start by laying your Dyson onto it's side and, using a thin flat bladed screwdriver, prise off the glamour cap (hub cap) from the wheel.

 

2. Remove the circlip holding the wheel onto the axle. The wheel can then be simply pulled off the axle.

 

Reassembly is a simple matter of reversing the steps listed above.
