Changing the Pre Motor Filter

PLEASE NOTE: Always disconnect the Dyson from the mains before commencing work.

1. Remove the pre motor filter housing by pressing the coloured tab (located beneath the red arrow) and pulling the housing away from the main body.

2. Remove the pre motor filter from it's housing and then seperate the blue sponge section from the outer yellow plastic carrier. Rinse both parts in warm soapy water and only refit to the Dyson when they have been dried thoroughly.

Reassembly is a simple matter of reversing the steps listed above.
