Replacing the Hose

PLEASE NOTE: Always remove the plug from the socket before commencing work.

1. Start by removing the power cable from the rear of the Dyson and then detach the wand handle from the main body and allow the hose to lie on the floor. Next, at the bottom of the hose, pull in the tab at the rear.

 

2. Allow the cassette assembly to fall away from the dyson and then press the brightly coloured tab to remove the hose itself.

 

3. Next, detach the hose from the wand handle by pressing the brightly coloured button and pulling the two apart.

 

Reassembly is a simple matter of reversing the steps listed above.
